Taylor Phipps Executive Director Taylor Phipps is the Executive Director of ASAFET. With over 17 years of nonprofit leadership experience, Taylor has a proven ability to cultivate and sustain grassroots relationships, forging strong partnerships that enhance community trust and drive impactful outcomes. Under her leadership, ASAFET experienced significant growth in both its budget and programming, enabling the organization to meet increased demand and navigate systemic and legislative challenges to contraceptive access in Tennessee. A graduate of the University of Tennessee, Taylor is a Leadership East Tennessee alumna and serves as President of the Knoxville Volunteer Rotary Club. |
Lorena Cutshaw Call Center Coordinator Lorena Cutshaw is the Client Care & Call Center Coordinator for ASAFET. Bilingual and bicultural, Lorena brings extensive experience in patient services and community engagement, having worked in healthcare settings to support diverse populations. Her ability to navigate complex systems, combined with her fluency in Spanish and English, allows her to connect deeply with ASAFET’s clients, particularly those facing language and cultural barriers. A skilled communicator and advocate, Lorena plays a vital role in ensuring equitable access to reproductive healthcare for underserved communities across East Tennessee. |
Mallory Sisko Health Educator & Outreach Coordinator Mallory Sisko serves as the Health Educator and Outreach Coordinator for ASAFET. With a degree in Hispanic Studies and a minor in Child and Family Studies from the University of Tennessee, Mallory brings a strong background in community engagement and organizational development. Her previous experience includes leading community health initiatives, coordinating events to raise awareness, and managing grant-funded programs. At ASAFET, Mallory delivers comprehensive reproductive health education and fosters partnerships to address barriers to contraceptive access. Her dedication to empowering individuals and improving health outcomes drives ASAFET’s mission forward. |
